Latest Verdict On 18 MLAs Disqualification of Tamilnadu State – 3rd Judge To Finalise:
The Madras High Court today ruled in favor of the 18 MLAs challenging the dismissal of Ettappi Palanisamy to the Governor. In this case, the judge has given a different verdict. The case goes to the 3rd judge. Chief Justice Indira Banerjee has given a verdict in the Speaker’s direction.
Similarly, Justice Sundar ruled that 18 people will not be postponed. 18 MLAs do not have a chance to go to the Legislative Assembly. There is no mid-term election in 18 constituencies due to the changed judgment. The constitution of 18 constituencies has already been extended.
Earlier, Chief Minister Edappadi Palinasimi was removed from the post of Chief Minister of the Party, supported by MLAs supporting the MLAs. The MLAs backed by the DTDDC have filed a suit in the High Court. The case came up before the hearing of the Chief Judge Indira Banerjee and Justice M Sundar. Senior advocate Abhishek Singhvi has been advocated on behalf of 18 persons who were disqualified.
