Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Passes Away at Shillong – Funeral Updates:
Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam collapsed while delivering a lecture on ‘Livable Planet’ at Indian Institute of Management IIM Shillong in the evening of 27th July 2015, Monday around 6.30 PM and was announced dead by the doctors of private hospital due to a massive cardiac arrest at 7.45 PM.
On 28th July 2015 morning Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam body was carried to Delhi from Guwahati by the Indian Air Force IAF aircraft C-130.
The Tamil Nadu Government had announced 7 day state mourning which will be from 27th July 2015 to 2nd August 2015 as a mark of respect to former President Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.
Earlier Life of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam:
On 15th October 1931 A. P. J. Abdul Kalam was born to Jainulabudeen and Ashiamma in Rameswaram of Tamilnadu state in India.
At the Schwartz Matriculation School Ramanathapuram A. P. J. Abdul Kalam did his Schooling, Graduation affiliated with the University of Madras.
From 25th July 2002 to 25th July 2007 Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam had served as the 11th President of India and he had also got many awards like Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, Bharat Ratna.
