PMK head G.K. Mani, Puthiya Tamizhagam chairperson K. Krishnasamy, ex-CPI Legislative party leader G. Palanisamy and several DMDK candidates form part of the one hundred and thirty nine persons who had their nominations filed on Thursday for the 2014 Lok Sabha election.
Mr Mani is participating from the Krishnagiri assembly constituency has movable assets of Rs 1554309 and immovable assets valuing Rs 3225000.
Dr Krishnansamy the sitting MLA, contesting from Ottapidaram Assembly ac filed his nomination for the reserved Tenkasi constituency. The affidavit with his wife and son wealth estimate to INR 16.70 cr comprising 100 acres of land compared to 6.84 crore in the year 2011 Ottapidaram constituency.
The 4-time MLA and CPI’s candidate G. Palanisamy stood for Nagapattinam reserved constituency having movable asset worth Rs. 180000 and immovable asset valuing to 2500000 and his partner asset estimate to 192000 and immovable asset of Rs.1.50 lakhs.
PMK’s applicant for Chidamabaram reserved constituency K.I. Manirathinam also gave his nomination. Mr Manirathnam, who defected to the P.M.K. to protest offering ticket by the Congress in thes state of Tamil Nadu valuing Rs. 1.13 crore in his name.
His wife is royal giving assets of Rs. 4.74 crore and 68.5 lakhs immovable assets. Both Mr Manirathanm and his wife are in possession of shares, bonds & jewelleries.
The DMDK MLAs who nominated J. Constandine Ravindran from Chennai-Central, N.S. Krishnan from Karur, C.R. Jayashankar Cuddalore, S.K. Vel of Namakkal and Dr Eswaran of Kallakurichi.
